Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LUT Wrestling / LambConnect application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LUT Wrestling / LambConnect ("we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU / EEA) to use the App. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You must notify us immediately at support@lutwrestling.sn of any unauthorised use of your account
• You may not create multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of others without authorisation
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Permitted Use

You may use the App to:

• Browse wrestler profiles, fight records, and event listings
• Vote on fights and engage with the Laamb community
• Watch videos, highlights, and exclusive content
• Create and manage a wrestler profile (if applicable)
• List and promote events (for registered Promoters)
• Sponsor athletes and events (for registered Sponsors)

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content
• Attempt to manipulate voting results (multiple accounts, automated voting, etc.)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically collect data from the App without our written consent
• Impersonate any wrestler, promoter, sponsor, or LUT Wrestling staff member
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Use the App in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure

6. Voting Rules

• Each registered account receives one vote per active fight
• Voting windows are determined by event organisers and stated on each fight card
• Votes are final and cannot be changed once cast
• Any attempt to manipulate, automate, or fraudulently inflate votes will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all votes
• We reserve the right to invalidate votes determined to be fraudulent

7. User Content

By submitting content (text, photos, videos) to the App, you grant LUT Wrestling a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our services. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Privacy Policy, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of LUT Wrestling / LambConnect and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Wrestling results, schedules, and statistics are provided for informational purposes and may not reflect official records.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUT Wrestling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUT Wrestling, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account or by contacting support@lutwrestling.sn. Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Senegal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar, Senegal, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
