Account & Registration

How do I create an account?

Download the LUT Wrestling app, tap "Sign Up", and follow the steps. You'll need a valid email address. Verification takes less than 2 minutes.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app. Alternatively, visit our Data Deletion page for full instructions, including how to request deletion by email.


Voting

How do I vote for a wrestler?

Create a free account, navigate to any active fight card, and tap the Vote button. You get one vote per fight. Voting opens 24 hours before each bout and closes at the final bell.

Can I change my vote?

No — votes are final once cast. Choose your champion wisely!

Why was my vote invalidated?

Votes cast through automated tools, VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions, or multiple accounts are invalidated automatically. If you believe your vote was removed in error, contact support.


App & Technical

Which devices are supported?

The LUT Wrestling app is available on iOS 15+ and Android 8.0+. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.

Can I use the app offline?

Wrestler profiles, fight history, and previously downloaded videos are available offline. Live voting, real-time match tracking, and event discovery require an active internet connection.

How do I report a bug?

Go to Settings → Help → Report a Problem in the app, or email support@lutwrestling.sn with a description and screenshots.


Events & Promoters

How do I list my event?

Register as a Promoter, complete your organiser profile, and submit your event details via the Events Dashboard. Events are reviewed within 48 hours. Contact support@lutwrestling.sn if you need assistance.

How do I become a sponsor?

Email partners@lutwrestling.sn or visit the Sponsors section in the app. We offer custom visibility packages tailored to your brand objectives and audience.
